Mina will be experimenting with wild British, seasonal ingredients to bring a European flair into her kitchen for this event.
Anya and Emily started Pollen Room in 2016, through a shared love of flora, they have created a wonderful union of floristry and foraged plant cocktails. Sit under Emily's hanging garden with a cocktail made with thistles, stinging nettle and meadowsweet.

Mina will be chatting about the principles behind Korean Buddhist temple cooking and teaching three dishes.
