Mina will be experimenting with wild British, seasonal ingredients to bring a European flair into her kitchen for this event.
Anya and Emily started Pollen Room in 2016, through a shared love of flora, they have created a wonderful union of floristry and foraged plant cocktails. Sit under Emily's hanging garden with a cocktail made with thistles, stinging nettle and meadowsweet.

Mina will be chatting about the principles behind Korean Buddhist temple cooking and teaching three dishes. Mina is excited for her first event in Europe in a city that she has fallen in love with over recent years.
